All iPhones from iPhone 7 and newer have NFC.
👉 iPhone XR, XS, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 (and newer) can scan NFC tags without unlocking the phone.
Android
Most Android phones from brands like Samsung, Google, OnePlus, Motorola, Xiaomi, Sony, and Huawei support NFC.
